Who we are

This website belongs to SetupLab (Yulian Bohomol), Katowice, Poland. For anything about your data, email support@setuplabco.com.

This website

This website uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse (Cloudflare's privacy policy).

Visitors from German-speaking countries see the German page first. For that, Cloudflare tells the site which country a visit comes from; this isn't stored. If you pick a language with the EN / DE switch, the site sets one cookie, sl_lang, that only remembers that language, for one year. It sets no other cookies.

The contact form and the idea form

If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, topic and message. We use them only to answer you, based on your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you send a tool idea through the form on the home page, we receive your idea and, only if you give them, your email address and name. We use the idea to decide what to build next, based on our legitimate interest in improving our products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and your email only to reply to you.

Both forms pass your message straight to our mailbox through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers the email for us (Brevo's privacy policy). The website itself stores nothing. We keep messages as long as needed, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Emails to us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, based on your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the email as long as needed to help you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Our products

Each product has its own privacy page that explains what the app and its website do with data, for example SellProof's privacy page.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or receive a copy: email support@setuplabco.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
